About the Event

The CSM Summit will be the first virtual event hosted by CSMs for CSMs. We’re bringing together thousands of front-line CSMs to share ideas and learn what others are doing to level up their game and help their customers!

This event will be for ANYONE that works directly with customers (CSMs, Account Managers, Relationship Managers, etc.) and is looking for ways to better drive long-term success!

Call for Speakers

Right now we're on the hunt for awesome speakers that will share topics relevant to CSMs.

Things like:

  • How to re-engage a customer that's gone dark on you
  • What cool new tech/systems are you using that make you unstoppable?
  • And how to convince your boss to get it?
  • How to find out why that customer really churned?
  • What to do when your manager asks you to do 10 things that aren't your job :)
  • Finding common ground with a tough customer
