Max Woolf is the Director of Customer Success at Modern Health. In his role Max helps create an exceptional customer experience by overseeing the Onboarding and Renewals functions of the Client Success team. Max’s approach to long term customer relationships begins by identifying value drivers and ensuring the customer’s goals, initiatives, and KPIs have been mapped back to the Modern Health platform throughout the customer’s entire lifecycle. Max brings a wealth of leadership and customer success experience having previously held the Head of Global Customer Success role at Fountain and the Director of Customer Success role at App Annie. He founded Intivo Consulting in 2019 to help clients of all types build out their client success organizations from the ground up.
